As You Are provides low cost/affordable counselling and therapeutic group work for depression, stress and anxiety for people living in Sussex. We aim to relieve distress and enable people to find their personal resources. We aim to promote counselling and group work as effective ways to respond to distress and depression. We ensure therapeutic intervention is accessible to all including those on restricted income and address factors causing or amplifying mental ill health. We actively challenge stigma associated with mental ill health. Services include one-to-one counselling, short term counselling, duo counselling and group work.
As You Are is a registered charity (1147468) and provides a professional service to both adults and children with fees operating on a sliding scale from £6 to £35 per session. The service depends on donations, if you can, please send us a donation.
