Woking Hospice opened in 1996 to provide palliative care and support to patients and their families living with a life limiting illness in the Woking, Surrey Heath and North Guildford area.
Woking Hospice aims to improve the lives of people whose illness may not be curable. We help people to live as actively as possible after diagnosis to the end of their lives, however long that may be. The highest value is put on respect and choice and support is also given to families and close friends, both during the illness and in bereavement.
All care is provided for free and as a registered charity the Hospice relies on the support of the community to help fund their work.
