Polbeth Community HUB SCIO

Polbeth Community HUB was created to support the local community to bring about social change and empower local citizens to improve the quality of life within the local area. The HUB believes in the citizens of Polbeth, and wants the best for the community. We work directly with the community to support individual needs and community needs.

The Polbeth Community HUB has facilitated many groups with the Polbeth Community including; Girls Group, Drop in Services, Youth Forums, exercise programmes, 50plus groups, health and well-being services and many more. Polbeth Community HUB understands the importance of keeping people engaged to entice them return to sessions again and again. Polbeth Community HUB advocates on behalf of all of Polbeth and is dedicated to the community becoming empowered which is so important to the people who live here.

The HUB provides support and guidance to enable individuals to achieve their personal development, social development and learning goals. Polbeth Community HUB wants to make a difference to peoples life’s and help them grow into thoughtful and engaged citizens. The HUB have helped individuals reach their potential, and nothing is more rewarding than seeing the community of Polbeth engaged and working towards their set goals and achieve them. The Community HUB encourages the people of Polbeth to achieve their goals and helps individuals grow in confidence and learn new skills.

The HUB has successfully designed and delivered engaging sessions to promote the benefits of engagement and make a real difference to the lives of the Polbeth population. Polbeth Community HUB engages positively with the Polbeth population to determine what they feel is needed to make their community better, what they feel is needed to fill a gap in the local provision.
