The International Centre for Life is an educational charity based in the heart of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
At Life we aim to enrich lives through science, inspiring people to make sense of the world. We do this in many ways: science workshops in schools or in our own dedicated teaching labs; working with different communities to engage those most in need; inspiring exhibitions and live programmes in our 4,000sqm public science centre. We sit within a ‘science village’ that is home to advanced medical research, health clinics and commercial tenants who subsidise our core mission. We truly believe that science is for everyone.
You can help us create the most job ready, skills rich, young people in the UK, with the confidence and high aspirations to thrive in a world profoundly altered by COVID, demographic shifts and climate change.
