Ham and Petersham SOS is a neighbourhood care group that provides activities, events and services to older and or disabled resident of the Ham and Petersham area. Our services aim to keep local residents active, socially engaged, mobile and living independently through our Social Inclusion Initiative.
We have weekly and monthly social activities including coffee mornings, a lunch club, regular outings and pub lunches and a shopping bus service. Our activities are led by local volunteers who have helped the organisation develop over the past 50+ years into the one it is today.
We work in partnership with other organisations to ensure that our activity schedules are robust and respond to the needs of our local residents. We raise funds to support all of our activities to ensure that we can continue providing services to the community for the next 50 years.
