We exist to support and enhance the extraordinary lives of people in our community through creative projects. We were established in 2013 and firmly believe that everyone has the potential, talent and the right to participate in all aspects of our community. We use art in all its forms to nurture and develop confidence, create a sense of belonging and therefore allowing creativity to flourish.
Building confidence through a variety of activities and allowing disadvantaged people to make their own decisions is key to what we do.
We work with local businesses, councils and other charities to create projects that have become a cohesive network of like-minded people all working together with a single aim…to improve the lives of others.
Our beneficiaries include Young Carers aged 5 to 18, Adult Carers 18+, the homeless community, people with mental health issues, the elderly and those living with a dementia, hospice patients, local schools and the wider community.
Giveacar and its donors are proud supporters of Dover smART Project as they work hard at providing activities to disadvantaged people. If you’re planning to scrap or sell your car, give a car instead to help those in need. Do a good deed and help Dover smART Project when you donate your car to charity.
