Crossroads Care Worcestershire

Crossroads Care operate throughout the county of Worcestershire providing care and support to elderly people or younger adults with disabilities.

We support people with care needs and their family based carers, to give them a better quality of life and to enable them to continue to live at home – if that is their wish.

We assist with personal care tasks such as washing and dressing etc as well as helping with medication, housework, shopping trips, health care appointments, companionship, social activities and meal preparation.

We can also provide short breaks for family based carers (perhaps 3 or 4 hours a time) to enable them to have a well earned break, safe in the knowledge that their loved one is being cared for by one of our friendly, professional staff.
