Providing carers in the London Borough of Bexley and surrounding areas with a short break from their caring responsibilities by providing high quality, professional care to the carer and the person with care needs.
We provide specialist care services to people affected with a diverse range
of needs providing independence and choice of service provision and reduce
the burden of care to relatives/carers in order to enhance their health and
well being.
We aim to avoid unnecessary admissions to hospital and residential stays
resulting in reducing the need for additional resources being expended on
long term care.
Tasks include personal, practical and emotional support to the carer and the
person with care needs. We continue to promote and reflect diversity and equality in all aspects of service provision.
