We have a 20 bed in patient unit with a dedicated clinical team of professionals and volunteers. We provide 24hr care, 365 days a year. We also hold a Day Hospice service in The Oak Centre where patients can come for a day, relax, meet friends and talk to people going through the same experiences. We also offer complementary therapy and support from our team to our patients and their families. Our Hospice at Home team is a small team of nurses that are dedicated to traveling all over the area visiting patients in their own homes, and travel through all weathers to get there. This service allows us to give our patients a choice of where they wish to be cared for. We also provide a range of bereavement services for families and hold fundraising events throughout the year in order to keep our charity running. We are only able to provide our level of care thanks to the generosity of our supporters.
