Recourse

Recourse is the only independent charity providing practical and emotional support to staff in Further and Higher Education. Providing information, coaching, counselling and grants, these services are free, confidential and available 24/7.

We complement the services provided by Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) and staff counselling. Our highly trained coaches and professional counsellors are always available to listen, provide impartial advice and help staff find a way to deal with their work related issues.

Thousands of people working in FE and HE use our services to help them deal with concerns such as anxiety, money worries or managing heavy workloads.
