The Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice cares for the residents of Greenwich & Bexley suffering with a life limiting illness. The Hospice facilities include an inpatient unit, day centre, homecare teams and specialist outreach clinics supporting suffers of lymphoedema and breathlessness.
October 2010 marked the 25th Anniversary of the Charity being formed to establish specialist palliative care services for the residents of Greenwich & Bexley.
The Hospice raise over £3 million each year from the community, and we're inviting all our supporters to make a special 25th anniversary effort.
