David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation
The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation works with experts in the field to conserve habitats and protect wildlife for the benefit of future generations.
Our holistic approach to conservation combines practical animal based measures with community initiatives to educate and raise awareness of the plight of the wildlife that shares the land.
Currently we are supporting projects in Africa and Asia that are working hard to protect mammals including the tiger, Gir lion, snow leopard, painted dog, moon bear, elephant and rhinoceros.
At home in the UK, our education programme aims to inform school age children about the issues facing our environment today and provides free online cross-curricula resources as well as offering school visits and lectures by wildlife experts.
To date we have made more than £5 million in grants to our projects and we are proud to be able to say that 100% of your donation will go to suupport this work.
