Brain Tumour Research and Support Across Yorkshire

Formally known as Andrea's Gift, Brain Tumour Research and Support Across Yorkshire raises funds to help families deal with the devastation that a brain tumour diagnosis brings.  We run support groups and provide counselling services for patients, carers and family members, fund social events such as an annual BBQ, Christmas Party and Christmas dinner where everyone affected by this disease can come together and share experiences and emotions.
The charity also funds pioneering brain tumour research at the Leeds
Institute for Molecular Medicine.  Dr Sean Lawler leads the research team in
a five year programme that looks to develop novel treatments for both
paediatric and adult brain tumours.
