Autism Plus is a multi award winning leading edge charity.
We use innovative ways to support people with autism and Autistic Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Our approach is person centred and focuses on self independence. We believe in choice, and that an autistic person can make the same decisions as any other person. We help people to do this. We provide independent and semi- independent living and a range of inspiring activities.
And we also provide encouragement into work and training through Jobsteps employment services. Since we started the Jobsteps service in 2007 we have worked with over 5000 individuals and supported 1250 people with major barriers, including people with ASD, into work. We are always developing new ways to improve our offering and use participant feedback to try out new ideas.
