Asthma is one of the most common long-term conditions among children and adults. Although it can be well managed, enabling people to lead full and active lives, asthma still kills three people and hospitalises over 200 people every day and prevents many from fulfilling their full potential.
Asthma UK works towards our vision by providing services and influencing, funding medical research and acting as a champion for people with asthma. Our vision is: ‘Control over asthma today, freedom from asthma tomorrow.’
