Blue Cross is absolutely delighted to be working with Giveacar to drive forward their new, innovative fundraising initiative. We would like to say a huge heartfelt thank you to all the people who have donated their vehicles to support us since we joined the scheme in 2011. So far, our supporters have raised over £1,500 for our charity simply by donating their used or unwanted car to the scheme. As a charity which receives no funding from the government, we are only able to continue our lifesaving work for animals thanks to the generosity and support we receive from people like you. Once again, on behalf of all the animals at Blue Cross, thank you.

After only a few months of working with Giveacar we have raised in excess of £3000 to help support our vital conservation work around the world. The scheme is such an easy way for people to get rid of an unwanted car whilst doing something positive for charity

Working with Giveacar over the last year has been an absolute pleasure and the Brooke is delighted to have now raised over £1000 through the scheme! Well done for coming up with a scheme which not only allows charities like us to raise much needed funds, but is also environmentally friendly and sustainable! Tom and his team have taken a simple idea and made it work for wider benefit. The good deeds done with the donations from Giveacar must be awesome. It still amazes us that people choose Old Pit Ponies to benefit. We know nothing of the process. We just trust in Tom & his Team that it’s all done “Proper”. We just get an e-mail from Tom with good news in it. It’s the easiest fundraising we do by far. Just a few words in our Newsletters and to our contacts in the Press.

Giveacar is a fantastic opportunity to become involved with an environmentally friendly project that delivers essential funds to charities throughout the UK. We have been working with Tom and his team for only a few weeks and already we have seen some amazing results. For us, each scrap car donated would feed a puppy for 6 weeks whereas a healthy car donated could do much, much more. I would urge you to get involved. Tom is a passionate man and he and his team have made it so easy to reap rewards. I have seen this project work brilliantly in the USA and our 'hats off' to Tom for making it work here too.

Nowzad Dogs is a small charity, with resources that are constantly stretched. We are mainly staffed by volunteers who run the charity alongside their full time jobs. Giveacar is a unique opportunity for fundraising in these difficult times with minimal input from ourselves, so maximising our efficiency. In the short time we have been partnered with Giveacar we have received over £1100. This money has been put to very good use such as the purchase of vaccines for the dogs & cats that arrive in our Afghanistan shelter, not to mention provide treatment for the often very ill dogs and cats we sadly all too frequently encounter. Thank you to the Giveacar team for this fantastic source of income and thank you to those who have donated to us.

We have only recently joined Giveacar and already we have received valuable funds for our work. At this time it is especially hard for charities and so we are very grateful to Giveacar for this opportunity. Not only does it help us in our otter work but it is also a sound environmental way of getting rid of old cars.
