1. The car donation service provided by Giveacar is unique in the UK
2. Cars are scrapped and donations made using money raised; we also put cars for sale at salvage auction with Bluecycle and raise donations that way
3. So Giveacar does not donate cars to charity for use but instead donate the money the car raises at scrap or auction. It is just like ‘donate your mobile’ your old mobile isn’t put to use at the charity but its value from recycling is donated
